Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: We offer FREE Standard Delivery (usually 3-5 business days) for all orders of $49 CAD or more excluding applicable sales taxes. Express delivery (usually 1-3 business days) is available on select items at a cost of $14.99 CAD. For orders less than $49, we offer Standard Delivery for a flat-rate of $9.99 CAD. We may impose a Dangerous Goods delivery surcharge of $20 on select items that are classified as such by Transport Canada.

Q: After I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
A: We make every effort to ship orders the next business day after they are received. If for any reason your delivery has been delayed we will get in touch with you by email to let you know the expected ship date.

Q: Which carriers are used for delivery?
A: The majority of our deliveries are completed by Purolator using a Standard Ground service level (usually 3-5 business days). Some items are eligible for Express delivery (usually 1-3 business days) at a cost of $14.99 CAD. If available, you will be provided with an Express delivery option during the checkout process.

For select regions and for those who provide a PO box for delivery we may elect to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service (usually 3-7 business days).

From time to time we may also deliver orders in the Metro Vancouver and Greater Toronto Area using a same-day courier service.

Regardless of the service provider used, we will always endeavour to provide you with prompt updates by email on the status of your delivery including tracking details.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: We utilize fulfillment centers across Canada to minimize both the time it takes to deliver your order and the amount of carbon produced during delivery. We currently ship orders from locations including:

Gibsons, British Columbia
Delta, British Columbia
Edmonton Alberta
Calgary, Alberta
Ancaster, ON
Burlington, Ontario
Scarborough, Ontario

In some cases we may utilize a 3rd party such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to ensure speedy and cost-effective delivery.

Q: What happens if the courier loses my order?
A: We guarantee that you will receive your order. If for any reason you don’t, we will either ship you a replacement or refund your money. Just drop us an email at info@clearwaysupply.com and we will sort it out for you.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: We make it easy! Simply send us an email at info@clearwaysupply.com and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label. We can even arrange to have the courier come by and pick up your item.
